At SHAS, we take great care to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered to you safely. Please take a moment to understand how our shipping process works:


🕒 Order Processing

 

  • All standard orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days, depending on our order volume.
  • We also offer priority processing:
    • 24-hour processing
    • 48-hour processing
      Please note: choosing priority processing means you are skipping the queue, not purchasing faster delivery. Your order will still be shipped with the fastest courier option available, but the extra fee covers priority handling at our end.


🚚 Shipping Partners & Delivery

 

  • We ship from Chennai using trusted courier aggregators like Shipway and Shiprocket.
  • Our delivery partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, and Xpressbees.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and details via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email (please ensure you provide the correct phone number and email).
  • Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier service.


 

⚠️ Delays & Escalations

 

While we always dispatch within our committed timeline, there may occasionally be courier delays due to festive rush, technical issues, or local disruptions.

  • In such cases, we promptly escalate the issue with our courier partners.
  • However, we cannot take responsibility for courier delays beyond our control.
  • What we can promise: end-to-end support until your parcel reaches you safely.

If your order is delayed, we kindly request your patience and cooperation — we do not have direct contact with delivery staff, but we will always follow up and escalate on your behalf.

 

 

📦 Lost Parcels

 

In the rare case that a parcel is officially marked as lost by the courier, we will provide either a 100% refund or store credit of equal value.

Even though such losses are not our fault, we never leave our customers empty-handed, because we truly value your trust.

 

 

❌ Cancellations, Modifications & Exchanges

 

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • This also applies in cases of courier delays — we understand waiting is frustrating, but once we have processed and shipped your order, cancellations are not possible.
  • Please remember, once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the courier.

 

 

🏠 Incorrect Address / Contact Details

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email ID are entered correctly at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer:
    • The customer will need to pay the re-shipping charges for the order to be sent again.
    • If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, a refund will not be issued, as this is not our responsibility.
