How long is the order processing time And do you accept order cancellation? 

Usually every order takes 3 days to process Unless you have opted for express which is 24 hours processing time. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged .


Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch our orders within 3 working days ( Mon - Fri ) from the next date of placing the order and will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days , depending upon the distance from Chennai to your place. We are not responsible for any delays that caused by courier companies. We request for your patience in those unfortunate times. Orders cannot be cancelled for such instances until we get a clear update from courier. When ordering, pls make sure, you fill the right address, name and all the necessary information. If there is any such error, parcel will be returned to us. If the courier is returned to us, customer should pay the reshipping charge for such cases. If the courier marks the order lost, then we would refund 100% of the amount. We will not let our customers face losses but at the same time, we would expect the customer to have patience on such unfortunate circumstances 


Return Policy

Return and refund policy is not available for the products that you do not like/ suit you after you have received them. However you can claim return and refund for the products that has been damaged or wrong items sent. In order to claim that, we need a video of unboxing the package right from the beginning. In case of no video, there is no return or refund as we will not be able to verify your claim. And return / refund will be initiated in 7 working days.

Once an order is placed:
- cancellations are not possible,
- modifications are not possible,
- and shipping address changes may not be accommodated.

## What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is returned due to:

- and reshipping charges.

Reshipping will only be processed after the parcel is successfully returned to us.

To process any quality-related claim:
- a proper unboxing video is mandatory,
- the issue must be reported immediately after delivery.

If a shipment is marked as lost:

- and once the loss is officially confirmed,
- we will arrange a resend accordingly.
